What time can I check in on the day of my arrival and what time do I check out on the day of my departure?

Check in time is 14:00 on the day of arrival and check out time is 11:00 on the day of departure.

Is it possible to check in early or check out late?

It may be possible to arrange early check-in or late check-out at no additional charge, subject to availability. . Please contact the manager at admin@kyivhospitality.com and request early check in/ late check out as soon as possible.

Do I get a discount for weekly or monthly booking?

Yes. There is an 7% discount for weekly apartment bookings (7 consecutive nights of stay) and a 20% discount for monthly apartment bookings (30 consecutive nights of stay). Please contact the manager at admin@kyivhospitality.com for booking an apartment beyond 60 consecutive nights.

Do I get a refund if I cancel my confirmed apartment/transfer services reservation?

Do I get a refund if I cancel my confirmed tour/excursion/ ticket event reservation?

Yes. Refunds will be provided for booking fees. Refunds for ticket/event reservations depend on external businesses and will be processed on a best-effort basis.. Please see our tour/excursion/ticket event reservation policy.

Am I liable for any additional charges such as local taxes?

No. There are no additional charges or hidden fees.

Will my electronic items work with electricity in Ukraine?

Ukraine uses a standard voltage of 220V and a frequency of 50Hz. American devices may require a voltage converter. European appliances with a voltage range of 100-240V are generally compatible. Kyiv Hospitality can provide electronic converters upon request.

Can I order a shopping list of items I want placed in my booked apartment before my arrival?

Yes. We can purchase and place items in your apartment before your arrival for a flat fee of $20. Please see the price list for details.

Can I contact someone at Kyiv hospitality at any time during my stay?

Yes. An English-speaking team member will be on duty 24x7 to respond to your requests. Our normal business hours are from 9:00 am to 18:00 and we can be contacted through social media (Telegram, Viber and Whatapp), email or telephone.

May I request services not listed on your website?

Yes. We will do our best to accommodate any special requests not listed on our website.

What is kyiv Hospitality Pet policy?

Kyiv hospitality allows select pets to accompany our guests. Please review details of our pet policy below and the appropriate fees.

  • Notification: Please notify us before arrival if you plan to bring pets. Approval is required before your reservation can be confirmed. A recent photo of your pet is needed for this process.
  • Types of Pets: Small dogs, cats, and other small animals may be allowed with restrictions.
  • Number of Pets: Maximum of 2 pets allowed.
  • Breed/Size Restrictions: Pets must weigh no more than 30 lbs (14 kg). Certain breeds are not allowed, including American Staffordshire Terriers (Pit Bulls), Rottweilers, Huskies, Mastiffs, and Doberman Pinschers.
  • Service Animals: Service animals, individually trained to perform tasks for persons with documented disabilities, are welcome with a $50 cleaning fee.
  • Pet Surcharges: An additional charge of $25 per day per pet applies, plus a non-refundable cleaning fee of $50 for stays not exceeding 30 days.
  • Pet Damage: Fees will apply for any damage caused by pets.
  • Pet Care: Pets must not disturb neighbors and should not be left alone in the apartment for longer than 12 hours per day. We provide a food and water bowl, dog bed or pillow, and litter box. A dog walking service is also available.
