What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 14:00, and check-out is by 11:00.

Can I request early check-in or late check-out?
Yes—this may be arranged complimentary, subject to availability. Please contact us in advance at admin@kyivhospitality.com.


💳 Discounts & Long Stays

Do you offer discounts for longer stays?
Yes:
7% discount for weekly stays (7 nights)
20% discount for monthly stays (30 nights)

For stays longer than 60 nights, please contact us directly for a customized offer.


🔁 Cancellations & Refunds

Will I receive a refund if I cancel my apartment booking?
Yes—refunds are available in accordance with our cancellation policy.

What about tours, excursions, or event tickets?
• Booking fees are refundable
• Ticket/event refunds depend on third-party providers and are handled on a best-effort basis


💰 Fees & Charges

Are there any additional fees or local taxes?
No—your rate is fully transparent and all-inclusive, with no hidden charges.


🔌 Electricity & Compatibility

Will my electronic devices work in Ukraine?
Ukraine uses 220V / 50Hz power.
• European devices (100–240V) are typically compatible
• US devices may require a converter

Adapters and converters can be provided upon request.


🛒 Pre-Arrival Shopping

Can I request groceries or items before arrival?
Yes—we can prepare your apartment in advance for a flat fee of $20.

🐾 Pet Policy

We welcome select pets to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests.

Approval Required
• Please notify us in advance
• A photo of your pet is required for approval

Allowed Pets
• Small dogs, cats, and small animals
• Maximum: 2 pets
• Weight limit: 14 kg (30 lbs)

Breed Restrictions
Certain breeds are not permitted, including:
American Staffordshire Terriers (Pit Bulls), Rottweilers, Huskies, Mastiffs, and Dobermans

Service Animals
• Welcome with a $50 cleaning fee

Fees
• $25 per day per pet
• $50 non-refundable cleaning fee (for stays up to 30 days)

During Your Stay
• Pets must not disturb neighbors
• Pets should not be left alone for more than 12 hours
• Guests are responsible for any damage

Included Amenities
• Food & water bowls
• Pet bed or pillow
• Litter box (if applicable)

Additional Services
• Dog walking available upon request


What should I do if I leave something behind?

If you believe you’ve left an item in your apartment, please contact us as soon as possible. Our team will check the property and, if the item is found, securely store it and help arrange its return.

Items are documented and kept safely for a limited period, and we will contact you within 24 hours if we can identify the owner.
